These providers implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), as required by UK GDPR. We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested, to maintain records for potential disputes, or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).

Specifically regarding server logs: Our hosting provider (OVH) retains full server logs according to their standard practices for security and operational purposes. For our own analysis purposes, we anonymise IP addresses (e.g., by removing the last octet) within 30 minutes of collection for use in longer-term website traffic analysis.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
