03 — Our commercial model

30% billed upfront, the rest only when you are satisfied.

This isn't a discount — it's a different deal. We carry the risk because we trust our work, and because we'd rather lose a fee than a reputation.

Typical consulting contract

Client pays 100% of the day rate.
Value is usually judged through scope, activity, and deliverables.
If the impact is disappointing, the invoice is still due.

Everywhere Agile · 30 / 70 model

Transparent rates: £1,000/day on-site and £700/day remote.
Only 30% of the day rate is paid upfront as the baseline.
The remaining 70% is paid only when you are happy with the value delivered.

The sole opinion of the client.

When you are satisfied with the value delivered, the remaining 70% is invoiced. No hidden checklist, no "yes but", no argument from our side.
