30% billed upfront, the rest only when you are satisfied.

This isn't a discount — it's a different deal. We carry the risk because we trust our work, and because we'd rather lose a fee than a reputation.

Typical consulting contract

  • Client pays 100% of the day rate.
  • Value is usually judged through scope, activity, and deliverables.
  • If the impact is disappointing, the invoice is still due.

The sole opinion of the client.

When you are satisfied with the value delivered, the remaining 70% is invoiced. No hidden checklist, no "yes but", no argument from our side.
